This is the Uurwerk app for employees who are scheduled in Uurwerk Online.With the app you can view your own schedule, see which colleagues you work with, enter your hours worked, specify availability and exchange shifts.To log in you need the relation code of your organization, and of course your own username and password.

You only have to enter this information once, after which your phone will remember it for you.Uurwerk Online is TOTs scheduling program for event-related personnel of organizations in the cultural sector.
The program supports the complete process of planning and time registration:• Employees report their availability online, planners create or import events from a scheduling program, translate events into shifts and schedule employees based on their qualifications.
The roster is immediately checked for compliance with the conditions of the Collective Labor Agreement and the Working Hours Act.• Employees receive a signal when the roster is ready and consult the roster online or download it for their own digital agenda.
If they are unable to attend, they submit an exchange request with a colleague.
The planner approves such a request, after which it is processed in the schedule.• Employees see changes in their own schedule as soon as they log in.• Employees enter their hours worked insofar as they deviate from the schedule.
Managers approve the deviations, with which the leave and hour balances are immediately updated.• The file of each employee is stored in Clockwork.• Management overviews show the hour balances, and for example the planned and worked hours per employee, department, event, day, year and location.
